First attempt at FHB exercises: kettlebell swings and cat vomits

How did I feel during and after?


i’m convinced kettlebell swings can quickly improve my fitness, it’s a workout. i could use some practice getting my form down.

What are my goals for my next experiment, and how can I achieve them?


figure out how to get myotatic crunches incorporated which require a bosu ball.
